Our COVID-19 Response

Dear Crown Customers:

As COVID 19 (the coronavirus) dominates the news, we at Crown Products want to reassure you that our staff is well positioned to continue our long tradition of being there for our customers regardless of social and economic conditions.

We have proactively taken steps to make sure that our staff is safe and is able to function. We have implemented employee travel restrictions, provided staff with tools and technology and have encouraged them to work from home.  

Each year, we work to refine our ability to respond to concerns and avoid potential disruptions of service. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen situations; we must make business decisions that will allow us to remain operational during these difficult times.  

Effective immediately, we will no longer be accepting ANY DROP SHIP ORDERS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  All other orders will be processed accordingly, but may encounter shipment delays.  We understand the importance doing our part and will continue closely monitoring the situation.  Please continue to check our website for updates.  We are in constant contact with our team on all levels to proactively communicate and evaluate best practices.
